Dayton, Ohio - The R. L. Fender Construction Company, Inc. was awarded the 2009 OUTSTANDING
GENERAL CONTRACTOR award by the Dayton Builders Exchange. The award presents the
company's fair and reasonable treatment of subcontractors in accepting and awarding work, smooth
and efficient running of well coordinated, on time projects and the timely paying of all subcontrators
and suppliers. It has always been the company's belief that subcontractors and suppliers are
important members of the construction team. 2009 represents the third time the company has been
awarded this honor, including 1996 and 2002. We are proud to accept and thank to all the team
members that sponsored us for this award and the Subcontractors Association of Western Ohio.
